 The third class in the stress release series builds on concepts from classes one and two. Add the use of the foam roller as a prop to challenge stability, assist in the release work and provide tactile feedback to the body.

  • Roll Down foam roller variations 
  • Scissor foam roller variation
  • Bicycle foam roller variation
  • Toe Taps foam roller variation
  • Hundred Preparation labelled as ‘Curl Up’ on the foam roller with the feet down
  • Back Extension Preparation with the foam roller beginning with shoulder retraction 
  • Cat Stretch foam roller variations combined with Prayer Stretch variations
