What a pleasure and privilege it is to have the amazingly talented Pilates instructor Henny Hamilton as part of Inspired Academy’s alumni.

So where is she now? Henny focuses on balancing her home life and looking after her son Monty, her own self-practice and of course teaching Pilates. In classes she builds elements of stability, mobility and strength and works to create phases of movement throughout her programmes.
